Currency Policy

CURRENCY POLICY

  • Players must understand and agree than all the Virtual Currency (VC) cannot be reverted back into real cash.
  • RAN Legends's Virtual Currency will be using R-Point(RAN-Point)

TOPUP & PURCHASE POLICY

  1. Every top-up made by users from Indonesia will be directed to use the third-party payment gateway "Duitku" and vendors provided by the "Duitku" Payment Gateway.
  2. Top-ups via "Duitku" will be processed automatically through the system, until points are sent to the user's account.
  3. For international users who want to top-up from outside Indonesia, they can use Bank Transfer, E-Wallet and the methods provided on the "Top-Up" page.
  4. Manual checking is required for Bank Transfer and E-Wallet. Users are required to send valid proof of transfer to the RAN Legends Admin at: https://discord.gg/jzxd5jb5vU By providing their User ID.
  5. Top-ups via E-wallet and Bank Transfer will be processed within a maximum of 48 working hours. Users are prior to check regularly on the Top-up History page.
  6. All forms of in-game purchases using RAN Points cannot be refunded or cashed out in any form.

REFUND POLICY

However, if there is an occasion in which:

  1. Error or bug in the game happened because of server/ system error which results in the missing Unconsumed Players VC, the company will attempt at its best to compensate or refund the VC to the players account in accordance to the amount of the unconsumed balanced Players VC.
  2. In the events in which the Players payment has been received by the company, but the VC has not been received by the player due to system problem or connection problem, then, the company will refund the unreceived VC into the Players Account ID based on reports made by player to our company staff. Please contact our support for this matter at [email protected] or Admin at Discord: https://discord.gg/jzxd5jb5vU with providing the proof of the transaction.
  3. Players must understand that all of the refund will be in the form of Virtual Currency and not the real cash. All the refund Virtual Account must meet the standard of our player ToS and guidelines. If we detect the Virtual Account lost is due to the Players behavior towards dishonesty (hacking/ cheating) in the game, then the decision will be under company review and the Virtual Account can be lost without any further compensation.
